Plant dying

Leaves all fell of in a week and now the plant is just a stem. Still hoping leaves will eventually sprout but not much hope.

9Green Box has excellent plants at excellent prices. I bought these Bay Laurel for my new herb garden. They were sad looking when I unpacked them, but I popped them onto my windowsill, watered them with a bit of fertilizer and...en Voila...I now have new leaver and think they will be able to be planted outside this summer.
I have one Bay Laurel tree, planted about 15 years ago, that is huge now...the leaves are also huge and they dry for cooking nicely...Looking forward to a new Laurel that I can keep small!

They arrived healthy

The plants are a little smaller than expected, but they arrived healthy and beautiful. I can't wait to let it grow more to use the lives in my Brazilian cooking!

These are so cute, they arrived safely packaged and taped to prevent any sort of damage or spillage. Instructions included came very handy to someone who doesn't or did not care for plants really. They grow healthy even though Ive had some sort of infestation developing on the lower leaves, I guess that I'll keep them strictly indoors.
"Not intended for human consumption" despite claims in listing

Despite the fact that 9Greenbox claims this has "many culinary uses" in their description, they packed these plants with a disclaimer that they are "not intended for human consumption." Also, they can't decide if this is a Mediterranean bay tree (as in the description) or a California bay tree (as in their answers to questions). One star because I bought it to grow bay leaves, and it's useless for that. I guess I'll use these for practice until I get a "real" bay tree that comes WITHOUT WARNINGS about my health.
