I couldnt be happier. Its the closest thing to my old favorite

I am a popcorn lover and I have used Mille Lacs butter flavor salt forever. It is no longer available :-( I called and searched and emailed to no avail. When I saw another person review this salt who had also used Mille Lacs salt I didnt think twice and ordered it. What a releif! I couldnt be happier. Its the closest thing to my old favorite. Its a great mild flavor but not overwhelming. Its NOT that strong artificial, almost butterscotch tasting stuff. This is great and worth the money. The bottle is the size of a wine bottle so it will last awhile. I will absolutely purchase this again. I would give it more stars if I could!!! I also tried Kernal Seasons and Flavacol and did NOT like either of them. This IS the best.
Tastes like coconut oil

I wanted to like this, but it has an "off" taste- a little like coconut oil, not at all like butter. Mille Lacs Butter Flavor popcorn salt was my hands down favorite and I was trying to find something similar since they discontinued it- this isn't it. I'm happy that Mille Lacs has a new popcorn salt out now!

Makes your popcorn taste like fresh buttered. Very reasonable price for what may be a lifetime supply.

Certainly it's better than "plain" salt. I don't think it has a lot of "flavor" to it though. For me to get enough "flavor" I have to add so much it makes the popcorn too salty. Nonetheless, I still like it more than salt alone.
It's not cheap. Yes, there is a lot. . . it's in a 1-litre plastic bottle, and it goes a long way. But still. . . We're talking salt here, and some flavoring. Again. . . Nonetheless. . . I'm still giving it 4-stars.

Very good butter-flavor popcorn salt

This is one of the best! Most butter-flavor salt you buy at grocery stores are overwhelmed by the fake flavoring they use. They don't make your popcorn taste salted. Believe me, I've tried them all! I used to buy mine from Mille de Lac, but they quit producing it so I had to search someplace else. After rying all the others, I went to Amazon to see what they had to offer. I was hesitant to spend that much on something I hadn't tried but it was well worth it. There's enough popcorn salt in it to last for years. You'll truly enjoy your popcorn with this salt.
