Great size for a bar or counter. We are using it at work in our employee eating area. Perfect size for 10-12 people per batch
We use this every other day!

Ok, this was the bomb. We got this for our daughter's wedding reception, and it was such a hit. Hot, fresh, buttery popcorn to snack on while last minute details were being taken care of? Ohhhh yeah. And then another batch a while after dinner, to carry out with a beverage and hang around the fire pit? You betcha! It was SO great.
A couple things: This COMES WITH a SCOOPER for the finished popcorn, so don't buy the "suggested" one. We did, spent the 20 bucks and didn't even need it! Also, the DOOR: a ton of people are blah blahing about the door being plexi-glass and breaking, etc. As of 5/20/2015, if you buy this exact model, the door is glass. And if you use common sense, you won't break the door. Don't over tighten the screws, don't slam the door, don't put ice cold water on an extremely hot door.... you get the point. About CLEANING: So many people are complaining about it being hard to clean. It's so NOT hard to clean. Apparently, those who think it is, have not discovered that the metal "popper" part..... comes right out, may be cleaned, and then pop it right back in. (Pop. Haha. Get it?) Obviously, DO NOT put it down IN the water, just as it says. But carefully UNPLUGGING IT and taking it out for cleaning makes cleaning the popper AND the glass case SO much easier. We just scoop out all remaining popped corn, toss it, (or feed it to the ducks, squirrels, etc.), then push remaining kernels around so they fall thru the bottom metal grid into the metal pullout drawer/tray below. Remove pullout drawer/tray, as well as the metal fold down "shield" piece in the front (push each side in slightly to get it out), and the metal bottom grid. All three just pull right out, and can be submersed in hot soapy water if you like and, of course, dried thoroughly. Wipe down the inside of the glass case with something very mild, but think about what you're using in there. You DON'T want your popcorn tasting like your cleaning product. (I like hot water with a teeny bit of dish detergent in it, followed by another wipe of plain hot water.) Be very gentle around the light bulb. When everything is nice and dry, you simply put the metal popper back in exactly the way it came out, put the drawer/tray back in, place the metal grid in the bottom, and place the shield in front below the glass door. You're ready to go for next time! All of this takes no more than 8 to 10 minutes. The final thing is the TASTE of the popcorn itself: The popcorn packets they have listed on here are "ok", but they're missing.... something. The popped corn is a little ...well... maybe "tough".... is the word I'm looking for.... and it just doesn't quite have that movie theater taste, even though it smells like it does. Don't get me wrong. It's 500 times better than microwave popcorn, but I feel like it could be "better". That being said, I think maybe we'll try doing what many others are suggesting. It has something to do with coconut oil I think. Read their "recipes", and let's all get this party started!

Received my big purchase with a dent, but love the machine itself

The media could not be loaded. Let me start with saying that I've been researching different popcorn machines, for the past year and a half. Been reading all the reviews. Positive and negative. As a mom, I've worked many concession stands and so I knew exactly how to clean a popcorn machine. That's one negative that I would always read about. People saying it was difficult to clean. Easiest way to take care of a popcorn machine at home, is to take a couple paper towels and a couple dry paper towels and wipe the inside of the cooker on both sides and then pull the handle down and all the loose crumbs will fall out. Next, wipe down the inside with wet towels and then dry. Once a week , take the cooker off and do a deep clean. Which is basically the same thing with a wet sponge and dry. Be sure not to wet the cord or under the popper itself. ( where the cord connects) I find doing it that way , is so much easier. Once you do it a few times, it becomes so much easier and you get the hang of it. I wipe it down after each use, but a deep cleaning once a week. Which also becomes easier with time.
I would have to say that another bad review I read constantly, was the popcorn being dented during shipping. I added a pic of the dent my popcorn machine had when I took it out of the box and the excitement I had turned into a frown on my face. The drawer that collects the kernels on the bottom, didn't slide all the way in or out. It was frustrating. I'd been searching for a popcorn machine for a year and a half and I was a little disappointed. It also said it included 3 packs of pre measured popcorn for the machine and they did not send it. I really wanted it, so that I could see if I liked it and I would have ordered more. So I tried some with another company and they had a great price for 24 packs. I do have to add that it did come with the popcorn scoop which was cool and it came with measuring spoons. Oh and with a small pack of popcorn bags. Which I loved, because it made me feel like I was at the theater. I also ordered some Kraft cheese to sprinkle on top and it was the Bomb!
So I guess I can say this, if you are considering this popcorn machine. It works great, clean up is really easy, make more than enough for movie night and even a party. It's a really good size machine. The down side was the dent in the machine, the drawer that didn't really work and the missing popcorn they advertised that would come with the machine.
I really didn't feel like calling them or placing an order for a replacement, because I didn't want to repack it and unpack it. It just seemed like a hassle. Maybe I can take the dent out. It didn't affect the popcorn making lol
Over all it's a great machine and does what it's supposed to do. You can smell popcorn the minute you enter my house. Definitely order the extra stuff for a great movie night experience. Absolutely love it 🥰
