Decent for what it is and for how it should be used

This is probably best suited for baking cakes but I purchased this to use in my Instant Pot DUO-60 for dessert and pasta recipes where the sticking of cooked ingredients might hinder release and cause a mess. Also, it's non-reactive which is a big plus. It's thinner than many of the silicone vessels I've purchased and used over the years and it doesn't strike me as being a pan that can stand up to actual abuse. That said, I don't intend to abuse or mistreat it. The removable plastic ring does add a good amount of rigidity and strength to the silicone pan but if I were to say make something as heavy as a meatloaf or lasagna in it, I'd definitely lower it into or lift it out of the Instant Pot already in place on the trivet and with a sling, not by the rim alone.

It is fantastic for using in my Instant Pot. I put one of these on a rack, place another rack in the lower pan. Then I cover it with a silicon sheet I cut out in a circle pattern. Now I put a second one of these pans on top of the silicon sheet and cover it with a second silicon sheet I cut into a circle to fit the pressure cooker. I use this daily in my air fryer. Mine is 3 qt Farberware I bought at Walmart for $79 but it didn't come with a baking pan. This fits wonderfully and I use it for vegetables that I want to cook in a bit of butter so I can stir them around in it. And I use this pan for my breakfast almost daily. First cook bacon for a bit, then remove that and drop in eggs... quick and easy and cheaper than drive-thru.
I think this is a very sturdy pan and I can't imagine it failing unless you used a sharp knife in it.
I would NOT recommend using a sharp knife in it!
