The very first time I warmed it in the microwave it was ruined. I have a small microwave, not a very strong one, and after 30 seconds it was melting. Thankfully I put it on a paper towel because the covering had a hole melted in it and the seeds insure were burnt. The smell was awful! I had to take it to the trash outside. I'm not sure why it was made out of a material that could melt.
