I love the firmness and size of these massage balls. They definitely will provide much needed tension relief in your knots. I mostly got this for neck tension and shoulder blade knot, and just by putting pressure on the ball(s) on the specific area, it helps. Gonna have to invest on the track and and the block for the neck to get maximum relief. You do have to air them out for a couple of days, as they have a lingering plastic odor, but after that they are good to go as long as you watch the free training videos for proper use that are available online.

OOOOOOHHHHH YES, GET THESE BALLS! Okay, so I love massages, in fact, I could probably live off of massages and tacos alone. I got these and put them on the sides of my spine and roll all over my living room. They crack my back, loosen everything up, and they're great to use on others too if you happen to suck at giving massages. I take these to work and all my coworkers ask if I brought them, when I tell them yes, they ask, "Will you put your balls on my back?" It's kind of a running joke now... though highly inappropriate for the workplace. I probably wouldn't recommend you trying that! ;-P

These balls are great for working out those knots. They have just enough give to allow you to lay down and work out those trigger points. I have been using them for a week now. I appreciate the emails and videos, but the yoga balls were the best.

This is a really great product, they are firm but have enough "give" to be therapeutic. The site has videos to help you maximize their use. The owner also sends emails regularly with tips, which is really helpful.
