I love this item, especially because it is salt free, I have high blood pressure so have to watch my salt intake but I love well seasoned food, and this seasoning is excellent on steaks and also chicken, it kicks the flavor of the chicken up a notch. They use to sell this in walmart that's where i first tried it, but now they don't carry it anymore so I get it here.
