Smells like summer!

This is by far my favorite sunscreen. I use it every day in the summer. The scent is AMAZING. Tropical but not overbearing or cloyingly sweet. It absorbs really well and doesn't feel waxy. Prevents me from burning, but I will say that I have a light olive skin tone and don't burn *that* easily (it would really take several hours in the sun unprotected for me to burn). It has a *very* subtle shimmer that is suitable for actual adults and is not teenager-grade glitter. Don't ever change, Hawaiian Tropic!

I'm really enjoying this sunscreen right now. I use it on my hands and arms daily, and it is light, non-greasy, and it dries down nicely. Once it dries my skin feels soft and demi-matte, and there is a very subtle, classic Hawaiian Tropic fragrance that reminds me of childhood. This product is easily removed with soap and water, and does not leave behind any residue. Considering that I was able to purchase it for $4.79, that along with how the product performs means I will absolutely repurchase when I run out.
I like the feel and effectiveness of Hawaiian Tropic over Banana stuff.

I love that this product works and smells good! We go to the dog beach almost every weekend. I was distracted by the dogs and forgot to use sunscreen and BURNED. Now, I keep a bottle in the car to use at any outside event. It doesn't take very much product to work. I don't need to reapply after 3 hours and being in the water. My husband prefers the spray. I prefer the cream. It doesn't feel sticky either, which is important when you're in the sand. Thank you Amazon for carrying this product. Even tho we live in sunny California, its hard to find. Stores carry the Banana stuff. I like the feel and effectiveness of Hawaiian Tropic over Banana stuff.
A tan and some shimmer

I wanted some sun protection for the beach with out the total sun blocking power of a SPF 50 or higher. I did have to get a base tan before using this at the beach but it was perfect. This allowed me to sit at the beach and get a darker tan, and it smells great too. Just a fair warning there is a "shimmer" to this product. It didn't bother me, but can rub off on leather car seats if you aren't careful, I just made sure to sit on a towel.

Tried this and the 30-SPF sport. Protection seems good from both, and water resistance is comparable. I am still getting tan through massive amounts, but not burned. UV is definitely blocked, as I've just found out my Vitamin D is low. Lose-lose proposition there, ha! My biggest disappointment was the smell -- I am over the tropical scent that both of these have, and I really just want that good old coconut scent from my childhood. Still haven't found a sunscreen that's affordable and smells like 1986 -- sadness!
