I've been battling Bishops Weed (aka Snow on the Mountain ground cover) since we moved to our new home 2 years ago. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of and was taking over my landscaping. I tried applying straight vinegar. I tried ripping it out, which just resulted in more Bishops Weed. I finally took the plunge and ordered this stuff...it's a bit pricey, but it is concentrated, so I think it will last me a while. After one application, the next morning the Bishops Weed was completely dead!! (You can see the before and after in my photo). Yes, it grows back (because it's evil) but it is WAY thinned out and much more manageable to deal with. Now I just look for the baby bishops weed as they sprout, and spray with the Biosafe...and they're gone the next day. This has been life changing!!

The smell was horrible and it stuck around for a while. However, it did precisely what I needed it to do and quickly.
I do wish that the container had a measurement gauge on it so that I could pour the approximate amount in to my sprayer instead of guessing.
However, as I said, it worked very well on my weeds. They were burned and gone by the next day.

I have been a fan of Roundup for many years but have always been concerned about its environmental impact. A friend told my about BioSafe so I bought a gallon of the concentrate and mixed 8 oz with a gallon of water on a cool sunny day (50°F). As advertised, within 2 hours the plants had turned brown and within 1 day they were dead. See the attached photos. It killed the moss on my patio, the weeds around the rocks in my swale and all the other plants that I sprayed. I am absolutely amazed at how well it worked.
The action is physical, not chemical. BioSafe kills plants by dissolving the leaf cells with soap.
whereas Roundup kills the plant by inhibiting an enzyme (a chemical response). Some weeds have grown resistant to Roundup by mutation. That can't happen with the active ingredient of BioSafe which is ammonium nonanoate, a 9-carbon organic soap. It is not persistent in the soil and can be replanted with days.
