I really like this product. It may take a while for some people to adjust to the taste. To me it tastes just like Kool-Aid. I usually drink it with ice water in the morning and again in the evening. It is very convenient to use and it does an excellent job of flushing your gut. It takes about 2 to 3 days for you to start flushing and at the end of the 5th day you can really feel a difference. You feel cleaner. I use it for cleansing--not for weight loss every 3 or 4 months.

Bad taste
the taste isn't to bad but It didn't help flush anything out

I was hoping this would work for me. the taste isn't to bad but It didn't help flush anything out. In the 5 days I felt nothing what so ever. I finally had to resort to a diabetic and do a pill formed flush/cleanse.
