Seriously large. 1 1/2-2" clean sections, about 34 sections per pound with no shredded scrapings. We thawed in a steamer and could have sworn this crab was just broken out of the shell. Moist, great texture, slightly briny and sweet, the definition of fresh. We covered these in lobster bisque and had a nice bite of crab in every spoonful. So good we did the second pound the same way. This was a hidden option to Giovanni's posted dungeness crab meat 2# option for exactly the same price. No muss, no fuss. Paid for the convenience, but oh so good. This was a wonderful treat.
