World class soy sauce!!!

This soy sauce is marketed as one of the best in the world. I believe this statement is true after receiving this product, it definitely is better than many other soy sauces that I've tried in the past. It's definitely one to purchase and enjoy .
Great!

I usually get Yamasa low sodium or other Japanese soy sauce (and some organic ones). This Shoyu is terrific. It is richer and slightly thicker than regular soy. The flavor is good without too strong of that brewed Kikkoman taste. The salt level seems moderate (not as light as the low sodium Yamasa, but lighter than some of the full salt ones I have tried).
The best

Best soy sauce I've ever used as a condiment! Ever-so-slightly sweet, and smooooooth! This is NOT for cooking...best used as a dipping sauce or after-cooking enhancer.
