didn't seem to work very well. difficult to get the ice shaved to make a good serving. Other brand i have is better.

You get what you pay for. It works, but it's not like a snow cone. There are no safety precautions for children.

The only reason I gave it a 4/5 rating was because it can be a bit noisy and difficult to disassemble. Other than that, wonderful product. My nephew will definitely be enjoying it much more often during the summer months when it's toasty here in Miami. It comes with a little tray where you can freeze water in, but I personally prefer to just buy a big bag of ice for like $2 at the store. It comes with everything you need minus the flavors. Overall great product.
