Received this as a gift a few years ago. Everyone loves it.. Got it out the other day and it didn't work even after putting new batteries in. Ordered one from Amazon and got it yesterday. Didn't realize the big red button has a battery too. Now I have 2 doorbells that work. Guess I will give one as a gift.

i love this door bell.my first encounter with this doorbell was when i purchase it off qvc, it last for 4years it die dec 2014. So happy that i could find this doorbell again.only issue its not as loud as the one i had before. thank you so much for this product.

Purchased two. One was soooo quiet you had to put your ear up to it to hear it. The other one was so loud I could find a place in the house that didn't scare us when it went off. Both went back....Great idea. I like the other model's feature where you could record your own message also. Glad the rest of you liked it tho......
