Wonderful upholstery stapler. Has worked perfectly ever time and is well made.

Works very well. Does not do well with partial strips of staples. Unfortunately the staples ( ordered separately) came in a broken box and had many broken strips . They caused the machine to frequently jam. I do not think this is a fault of the tool, but a problem with the staples themselves.

A super well made product... I am so glad I bought a new one! My last one was a different brand. I have made a headboard with it, and recovered dining room seats. My next project will be a small bench at the foot of my bed. Rowley company sells it and has free how to videos online... but I got it from Amazon for free shipping!

High production and efficient stapler. Powerful and robust, I like the rubber grip and light weight aluminum housing. Dislike the plastic staple guide which may become brittle and deteriorate or crack with age (would have prefered metal). Also not fond of the plastic safety lever, which is cumbersome and must be lifted out of the way each time before the trigger can be depressed. The split pin holding the small safety lever can be removed with a small pin punch. All-in-all a high-quality and dependable stapler, that will likely endure after prolonged use.

We use this tool every day in our custom workshop for upholstery. Have been using it for just under 3 months and a bazillion staples.

It's very powerful and is very consistent with firing. Very light as well. Quick-release staple reload is pretty nice.

The safety trigger guard-thing was really awkward, but luckily it broke and fell off on day 2, and now it's much better to use. Knocking off 1/2 star for the poor design and (fortunately?) poor quality of that particular part. The rest of the gun seems very well-made and of very durable materials.

The stapler prefers full staple rows - it does not like being loaded with a couple of short partial rows. If you load a few partial rows, you get some misfires. Not a big deal, but other guns we have do not have this issue, so deducting another half star.

Had 1 issue with the pusher blade jamming and a quick call to Fasco Customer Service walked me through the fix over the phone. I'd add a 1/2 star for customer service but we're not sure why it jammed (no obvious reason, yes, we do regularly oil the tool) so it's a wash.

At 3-times the cost of cheaper guns, I only recommend this one if you can find it on sale, AND only if you need to use it in a commercial/daily environment. If you just need a gun occasionally a cheaper gun might be a better choice.
