Smells terrible!

When it arrived, this looked exactly like what I was hoping for. And the product works as described. The ice inside stays cold for a long time and I haven't had any trouble with leaking. However, even after weeks and now months of leaving it to "air out " there is still a horrible chemical plastic smell that is overwhelming. I can't even use this anywhere near my head/neck/face because of the strong odor.

Seems well made at first, but quickly realized the pack sweats a lot when ice begins to melt (within minutes of use). Makes for a mess if you are not careful. Maybe it needs another layer to prevent this? I have definitely had better ice packs before that stayed dry on the outside. All in all, it does the job, but I still may return and search for a better one. However, the proce point can't be beat.

I remember using these years ago and then became scarce. Glad was able to find online and at a really reasonable price because for some reason are twice the price now in the stores and hard to find. Purchased the 11" as shown in picture that will certainly come in handy when the plastic cold compresses get warm so quickly and have to keep throwing back into freezer to get cold. Great to have around. Sometimes going back to the earlier days is a comfort when things worked, were cheaper and did the job. Arrived on time and can't wait to use.
