Best Homebrew chiller for the money

Cooled 10 gallons of beer wort with one pass, garden hose well water on cooling side. AWESOME. DONT BUY THE THERMINATOR THIS IS BETTER AND CHEAPER
Small for a primary wort chiller but great as a secondary

This thing is great. I use a Blichmann Therminator but my tap water only allows me to cool my wort to the high 70s. I set this up with a fountain pump recirculating in a 5 gallon bucket of ice water to act as a secondary chiller (after the Therminator) and it would easily cool the wort into the high 50s as fast as my pump could flow. Like other reviewers said, it may be a little bit small for a primary wort chiller, but it worked perfectly for my application.
Works great, would buy again

Got 5 gallons of wort from boiling to pitching temps in about 10 minutes. Much easier to deal with than a big copper or stainless immersion chiller. I used it with a liquid pump and just recirculated within the boil kettle until I was at pitching temp, then used the pump to drain into my fermenter. Careful though, the chiller itself gets HOT.

Beautiful product, very well made and works so well for chilling beer wort. Very easy to connect to a garden hose and to the 1/2 NPT connectors. Makes brewing go a whole lot faster.
