First Time I Felt a Difference Taking Vitamins

After a couple of months of taking these, I noticed I had more energy going up my stairs. I was delighted, however, they are expensive, so when they finished I tried another brand of vitamins, NATURELO One Daily Multivitamin for Women, they are a few dollars less. Well, ever since, my fatigue is back and now I know for sure that the Raw One really works. I am going back to Raw One for Women. If they help me feel better, then it's worth the price.

While I'm sure very healthy, it has a bad taste (even just a second on the tongue) and hardly any calcium. I'll finish this pack, but will probably try something else next with more calcium to lessen the amount of pills in the morning.

I have been using this product for a few years now. I trust that it is supplementing all the necessary nutrients that I may be lacking as a vegan. I recommend that anyone leading a vegan lifestyle should invest in a supplement of this sort. I do not take it every single day, but I feel that it is important to take it at least two to three times a week... or when I feel like I am lacking something. I really think it is important to listen to your body. When it needs a little extra loving, give it!

They are a good multivitamin. Not too much iron content and the apparently calcium cancels the iron absorption. I could not tell the difference between this vitamin and the regular ones, however I chosen these brand solely because they are GMO free and less chemical. I plan to use this product as my basic vitamin.
