Flush me like a hurricane.
Joe M.June 5, 2015
Good toilet. Powerful flush. Lost one star because it's hard for my kids to flush this thing. It takes more force to lift that 3" flap vs. my old toilets with smaller flaps. Maybe I can put a long extended flush handle on it for leverage. LOL. Do they make one?
HIGH QUALITY AT A GREAT PRICE : MADE IN AMERICA w PRIDE.

I bought this toilet at my local Menards and it was simple enough for ANYONE to install ,it has a great flushing system as though the tank holds enough water when you flush you notice that not all the water emptied out but that is the key to its flushing power with a 3" outlet. they use the weight of the water ,slick ,saves on your water bill with a low GPF yet a powerful flush. My only beef is that I noticed one day the toilet ran on it,s own and it should not have, and sure enough I watch the water go down and it cycled ,so I said literally what kind of piece of crap did I buy now ? So in a mad dash to fix this problem I went back to Menards looking for exchange parts and even wasted $10 on a new flapper which of course was not the answer,so in a haste I sent off an Email to Mansfield co. demanding answers as to why my new toilet was at fault well that got their attention as they called me promptly when Monday came around and he knew immediately what was wrong and it is a very easy fix if you have this issue .take the lid off and look where that white tube comes up next to the flapper valve ,at the top there is a small white tube [1/4"] if that is pushed down to far it siphons off the fill valve giving you the impression that the flapper valve is at fault, just pull that little hose up carefully hold that tube so you don,t break it ,if that hose is too long like mine was then pull it out and snip enough off where it fits just a bit below that retainer that holds it in place,be careful with that hose and tube as the hose can take some force to pull out. This is a high quality USA made toilet that is well worth the money I put this at a excellent buy for the money with power flushing. ,THANK YOU MANSFIELD WORKERS FOR AN EXCELLENT JOB "MADE IN THE USA"!!
