Did not do anything to clean or dust, and it feels weird to the touch. Very disappointing as I have had great lampshade cleaners before .

Picks up dust and animal hair and you dont have to use any chemicals! Works much better than a swifter type duster. This is my 2nd one but it was another brand, they last a long time.
