I like the convenience of not being held to a plug ...

I like the convenience of not being held to a plug in the wall but it didn't seem to stay warm long. I think I was think the heat would last at least an hour. I only gave it four stars; however, I do like it.
don't purchase this item, it doesn't fit heads properly ...

Great product, and great seller. The shipping is pretty fast.
Using the microwave, I heat the wrap for 45 seconds first, and I usually add 10 to 15 seconds more. Using the oven it almost takes 3 minutes. The heat is pretty useful when the product does not really cover or is not "enough" to cover my hair as it helps spread the product.
The only complaint I have about the product is that there are no replacement for the gel heat packs.

After I used this product, my hair feels so alive! It's healthier, shinier and softer! I have been natural for four years and no other product has given me such a beautiful finish. I recommend this product for all women who may need a deep conditioning or hot oil treatment product.

love it...just used it yesterday! I really wish they sold back up gel packs...I like to have a set on hand just in case, but I found a site that sells them so...it'll be okay!
