I average 60 - 100 miles a week on my road bike. Before I found this product I would experience leg cramps often. Now that I use this product I rarely get leg cramps on a long bicycle ride. For me the flavor of the lemon/lime is pleasant. I have used this product now for several years.

I've been skiing for 40 years and went from no hydration in my 20s (can't count beer at lunch) to water after every run and packing non-alcoholic lunch for the trail. Then tried Gatorade type drinks. Still after skiing nearly continuously from 8:30 AM, by 3:00 PM I would invariably get major leg burn, cramps and muscle failure, which is a condition that makes injury more likely especially since Im the type to power on in that state. After trying Accelerade I could go the extra hour. I was still tired of course, but the leg cramping and muscle failure didn't happen before the mountain closed. It also made it much easier to get up and start the first run the next day. Increase endurance, check! Speed up recovery, check!
The taste does take some getting used to. Its creamier, its a bit more like drinking flavored skim milk than flavored water. It is also harder to completely clean whatever container its in so I would recommend a dedicated container. I got used to both of these soon enough. When the mountain closes and I realize I hadn't had a single cramp all day, its all completely worth it!

My only complaint it that the container is only about half full and the cost. Don't try and fool me with the big container, just use the size you need and I'd be happy, or fill it and keep the same price and I'd be even happier
