Kids love this!
M.R.February 20, 2018
The balls would occasionally get stuck if track. If I slightly jostled the unit it would get the ball back on track to be fed through. Kids love this!
This is a cool idea but even with positioning it correctly the balls ...

This is a cool idea but even with positioning it correctly the balls come out and never go the direction they are supposed too. They fall short or go too far. Makes it frustrating for the kids trying to practice batting or catch.
Terribly Inconsistent and Very Slow
D. ChenNovember 18, 2017
The pitching function is very inconsistent and maybe hits the strike zone 10% of the time. It also takes a long time between pitches, so my kids don't have the patience to wait forever just to get a terrible pitch - so the machine never gets used. It might be good to practice catching fly balls, but that's not what we purchased the machine for. I wouldn't buy this again.
For backyard really young kids only...

I understand that you get what you pay for but I would've expected the machine to be able to throw a ball at least 15 feet. There is no speed control or flexibility with the balls that you use. The balls that are designed for this machine are junk and broke with a wiffle ball bat. I bought a better wiffle style ball but they were just a hair too big for the tube. I pulled the tube off and fed the balls in one at a time and that worked better. The motor slows down a lot after every throw and doesn't get up to speed by the time another self feeding ball is thrown, again making it necessary to feed the balls one at a time to allow the motor to catch up. I thought this could have been the batteries but all batteries did this. Overall, this is for a 4-6 year old only or kids just horsing around in the back yard. If you're looking for a real training device, obviously you'll need to spend more money.
Awesome!

My wife and I bought this for our grandson's birthday and he is really into baseball. The machine works as designed and we practiced till the batteries went dead. Reloaded the batteries and started again.
Pros: the batteries will last a long time even with constant use. Varied pitch/fly balls. Definitely a great training aid.
Cons: it only runs on batteries. It's only used as a training aid, hard plastic, light balls.
