Recommended by my sister, cheaper through a vitamin store but due to constant mutating strain of virus ordered online. I have bone spurs and arthritis and meniscus tears in my knees. Hoping this helps. I had an xray back in October told about the meniscus tears in one knee fast forward to present day bone spurs and horrible pain in other knee. I used my usual treatment of castor oil packs to one knee & rest then daily walking. With new issue on other knee ice, heat, castor oil packs but had added this supplement. Xray taken doctor said my knee not so bad typical of arthritis. Still have bone spurs but hoping with weight loss, bone supplement and rest knee will continue to not hurt as bad. The pain was excruciating not so much now. Might add I also use CBD cream for pain on knee which works. Edgar Cayce website has castor oil packs explanation. CBD Daily Original is a white cream comes in a jar. Can't say for sure about bone supplement until I have another xray of both knees at least 3-6 months from now
