I bought these after fracturing my ankle to help speed healing. It seemed to make a difference as I went into a boot quicker than doctor thought I would. Just recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I thought I would try this supplement because it includes both D3 and K2 which are supposed to help with absorption. I have only been taking these for three weeks and I have not noticed any difference but I don't know that I will- not until the next dexa scan. I have not had any adverse reaction and I take three a day with meals. I have read that the body can't absorb more than 500 mgs at one setting so it's important to space them out during the day.

I have only had a short time to try this product but seems to be working well. I have been less sore overall which is a problem for me in my back and hip area. I take it before bed. The only thing is not very many in the bottle compared to other brands so will have to reorder more frequently. It would be nice if they offered a larger quantity. I wanted to find one that had D and K in it and this one does.
