The chips are the best for toffee cookies. Hated the 3 pound bag since I needed to split it among my family.

Prefer extra for the world's best apple dip. PDQ lovers know this well. All others, you don't know what you are missing, but here you go:
3/4 cup of these Toffee Bits
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
8 oz cream cheese (reduced fat preferred)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix with a stand mixer
Dip cored and sliced apples in this concoction. Granny Smith works best. It mellow after a day and loses its crunch, which makes it better in my opinion. Holds well in the refrigerator for a week or more.
