Forty years ago, when "Fat creates fat" was the Diet Gospel of the day, I switched to Chunk Lite Tuna in Spring Water, not realizing just how bland everything suddenly became. You owe it to yourself to at least try this. Oddly, though, my cat doesn't like it. Maybe I should be worried?

great tuna - my local store stopped carrying it so I ordered it through them then they do not have access to this product. it's half the price of regular tuna and has very little oil - mostly the can is completely filled with product.

Ok , this is Yellow fin and not albacore tuna, the latter of which I grew up on and then noticed all the water based ones were getting harder and harder to chew and digest..really. This tuna is packed in olive oil and is close to the taste I prefer. Is great for sandwiches and salads and very moist.

I rated this average plus. The tuna has good taste but after trying the solid light I prefer the albacore version. These cans are perfect for a one portion serving especially at lunch if you're watching your calories !

I wanted to try this after reading all of the glowing reviews and I am not disappointed! If you're used to fishy, dry, crumbly tuna and want better - try this! Great flavor, moist, good texture, wild caught, not too fishy. The price was great when compared to buying similar brands bought locally.
