Not sure if the product we received was a former return, but the lure came in original package but sealed with Scotch tape. The action on the lure is none - basically with a fast or slow return the bait just acts like a piece of plastic rather than the shad it's supposed to be imitating. Not worth paying p/h for return. Maybe that's why the package we received was returned and sealed in Scotch tape originally before getting to us.
