For what it is (a sword hidden as a cane) this is a nice purchase. You can't beat the price for a real sharp, folded blade. Shinawa appears to be a quality brand and I will purchase more of their items.
I "practice" with this sword all the time as it adorns my living room as a replacement for a baseball bat.
My only complaint is that the wooden case (very authentic) has loosen up to the point I in fact would not use it in a cane capacity but as a sword.

Okay let me break it down to you about this sword once before I really like it but the only problem that I have with it that the very tip of the sword I mean the blade was bent a little not enough for you to notice if you looking at it from afar but once you hold it in your hands you can tell so I was disappointed and that so then I went ahead and ordered me another one and it came back perfect I was really surprised by that that's why I gave this five stars I was really surprised Greatsword
