Outstanding product. Well made, does exactly what it's supposed to do and more. It does an awesome job of drying out your hearing aids. Recommended this to a friend and he too is happy with it.

This Serene hearing aid dryer has worked very well. Unlike the previous dryer I used, this dryer works on the convection of warm air to dry my hearing aids. My previous dryer worked fine, but the fan started to make loud noises, keeping me awake at night. The serene dryer has no fan & no moving parts to wear out and make noise. Great idea!

I've now had the Serene ReNew for a few weeks and find it works very well, and is easy to use. My wife found that a problem she had with her HAs cleared up when dried in the ReNew. I'm unsure if the "Refresh" LEDs actually accomplish anything - they do emit at least some UV light but not a lot of it by my tests. I do appreciate the universal voltage power supply, and that both my and my wife's HAs easily fit in the tray at the same time.
