This stuff is great. Just measure out to each jar according to the recipe and then keep on going. If experimenting, consult other recipes and start with a small amount. Veggies seem to crisp up a little more after a week or so passes. As one might expect, they also crisp up more once chilled.

Really makes a difference. Crisp and crunchy. Did a taste test and the jar of pickles with this in it was much more fresh tasting than the jar without! So I'd give this an A+. Seems like it will last a long while too because a pinch seems to make all the difference.
