Amazing case, my drum fits very well, this company is one of my favorites

This case offers great protection. The whole thing has a layer of padding to it. The material is sturdy, the lining is soft, the zippers are beefy and smooth. Having a side and top zipper is awesome. It is a snug fit on my LP djembe (12.5x25), but I expected that, and I can get it fully zipped in. But one huge annoyance is the placement of the carrying handle. It is right at the center point of the case, instead of being towards the head side. You have to fight to keep it somewhat level when carrying it because, guess what guys, the big end of the drum with the hardware attached is significantly heavier than the bell end! How about at least making an attempt at putting the handle in the center of the mass instead of the center of case? Seriously? The shoulder straps are just as bad. I really like the case other than the imbalanced handle placement, but that is going to irritate me everything I pick it up, but I don't travel with it that much, so I will bite the bullet and take it. I am actually thinking about going to an upholstery shop and having them cut the carry handle off and reattach it in a proper location so I don't have to worry so much about dragging the head on the ground. It's that bad. Come on Protection Racket, you need get a handle on your design team!
