Ok, why did I give it only 1 stars? Mostly because it doesn't hold a charge for even a day. So it takes about 65 pumps with the Benjamin High Pressure Hand Pump and I knew this would be the case so can't complain about the pumping. But before I purchased, I read the reviews that this air pistol can hold a charge indefinitely and it was even good to store it that way.

It shoots straight (I mounted a Vortex Venom red dot on it). The trigger pull is good right out of the box. But when you have to either purchase a $1000 electric pump or pump it 64 times if you don't shoot the pressure out and leave it for even one hour. Well, in my book that is defective.

So I am exceedingly disappointed with it's performance in the air storage department and would NOT recommend this air pistol to anyone.

An excellent air gun for the price. I especially like the fact you can turn it into a rifle very easily in 2 or 3 minutes.

Purchased the marauder pistol because I wanted a stealth gun for squirrels and rabbits that could fit into a backpack without raising eyebrows. The "p-rod" fits the bill almost perfectly. Here are some strengths and weaknesses:

Weaknesses:
Very pellet picky - I was shooting 2-3 inch groups at 20 yards with crosman hollowpoint premiers. Absolutely horrible. Then I tried H&N Field Target Trophy pellets (5.53 head size) and I can now shoot dime size groups at 25 yards. Awesome.

Pretty Loud - I know marauder rifles are very quiet and assumed the same with this pistol, but this gun is actually loud. Would not call this backyard friendly. I installed a TKO muzzle brake (but the gun was still too loud). I then purchased a Neil Clague LDC and this quieted the gun down perfectly.

Pitiful stock - as many have mentioned. I purchased an AR stock adapter and ACE folding stock kit. Its now a perfect fit for the backpack and looks awesome.

Strengths:
Great power efficiency for relatively small air tank. I get about 24 shots (3 clips) at about 650 fps. The small tank also makes it fairly easy to pump up manually.

Very accurate gun to 40 yards once you get the right pellet. Perfect for squirrels and rabbits.

Love the carbine configuration. This is perfect if you need a portable stealth gun but want the accuracy and look of a tactical rifle, especially if you have a folding/collapsible stock.

Lots of aftermarket tunes and accessories to customize to your needs.

Absolutely love this gun. Good power, very adjustable and customizable. This thing shoots almost any pellet well. I only wish there was a better way to charge it, but it is a pcp. filling it with a hand pump is good exercise.

Switching from a spring piston air rifle to this was like moving from a muzzle loader to a laser pistol. Was also very pleasantly surprised that the Benjamin high pressure hand pump purchased separately brought it to operating pressure of 2500 to 3000 psi pretty quickly (I think it was about 50 pumps to go from 1000 psi that the gun had out of the box to 2500 psi). Really the only complaint is that the magazine was sort of tricky to load but once you get the hang of it it's a piece of cake (found better explanations of how to do it online than the included instructions).

If you enjoy air rifles and are ready to take the plunge to PCP I highly recommend this gun.
