This came coiled up with instructions to lay it flat and let it unravel on its own, which it did nicely. After a day, I was able to easily snap the two ends together (has a button latch). It has instructions for bending to get it in a perfect circle if needed but I didn't need to do that. It's heavy and big which is helpful for learning on. The tape is securely on the tubing, and seems like great quality. I'm really happy with this!
