I was using sandbags for a popup shade tent and got these because they are a LOT smaller. I am able to carry all 4 bags for two goals by myself which is awesome. I would recommend filling them more than stated on the plastic bag. My only issue is that when using these inside the velcro is not very strong and comes apart after every couple goals. The goals do lift up a little with a hard shot but when the velcro stays fastened they settle right back into place painlessly. With better velcro these would be nearly perfect.

Work as advertised, doing a good job of keeping the bow net in place even from close range shots. However, interior plastic bag does not keep the sand locked in as well as it should (slow leak).

Since these bags are small, I had my doubts that these would stabilize the 4x8 Bownet goal I bought, particularly because 17 year-old boys would be taking shots at the goals. But they did the job. I did not have to reposition the nets at all during the entire practice.
