Works like a charm and is dishwasher safe.

Nylon gears mean this one will probably outlast the owner! Rigid gear housing will keep them aligned (compared to the literal antique we had been using). Small "footprint" of the beaters means we can use a smaller vessel -- a cup, for instance -- for smaller amounts, saving room in the dishwasher. Dishwasher safe saves me time in the evening. And... my wife LOVES IT!

Despite some reviews, I believe this rotary beater is sturdy, including the plastic inside gears. The complaint about it not reaching the bottom of the bowl doesn't seem valid, either, as a crosspiece must be used to hold the beaters together. I've used beaters like this for years; none touch the bottom of the bowl. I did give it four stars, though, as it is narrower than all of the other rotary beaters I've used, so cleaning the blades, or mixing thicker foods like eggs might be more difficult. I'm satisfied overall.

Sturdy, all stainless steel. This is an old-fashioned egg-beater that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is all stainless steel, so it looks a great as it is quaint. I am well pleased with the item and the packaging it arrived in.

I didn't want to be hand-washing my grandmother's eggbeater every day (wooden handle) even though I love the thing,
Plus, as with most of the old-style beaters, it's just a little wide at the bottom.
This fits inside my Pyrex 2-cup measuring cup, can be thrown into the dishwasher and has an exceptionally smooth operation.
For sure, I would get this again if I needed it.

This is a very good rotary egg beater. I read many reviews and chose this brand. It arrived quickly and it does not get stuck as others have stated. I like the handle and feel it is well-made. I had one of these years ago and was worried it wouldn't be as nice or sturdy, but it is. Just what I was wanting.
