When I first bought this item I was very happy with it but after about 2 months of using it I find that the part that attaches to the main body no longer fits correctly and keeps falling off. There are two small clips on the sides that no longer hold the attachment. I'm hoping that OXO will help me with a replacement because it is now past my return period.
UPDATE: Switching to 5 stars :) I contacted OXO directly and they agreed to replace the item if I would simply send a photo of the damage. There was no other "red tape" to deal with, very simple and excellent customer service. I am very happy
