Great product but the spring stopped working after my fourth trip...

I bought two last year and they worked really good. The two I just bought have issues. One will not open correct because one side of the spring was not crimped. The mono line has come untied. Seems to me the quality is not as good as the two I bought last year.

This is pretty great if you're fishing off a jetty or anywhere you need to cast out 20-30 yards. I've used it a handful of times now and it's worked great for me. Just need to attach a bait bag and a lead weight and you ought to be golden. It's been pretty productive for me too, I average about 2-3 crab on this guy when I use it.

I love using this to fill in the gaps of time after throwing out rings/pots.
