I had a similar product that I purchased about 10 years ago. Since you use so little of it for a quick nail repair it lasts forever. My 10 year old bottle got thicker and thicker and did not spread easily on the nail or day quickly anymore.

It is basically for people who don't have fancy manicured nails but get an occasional tear that just need to grow out and not catch on everything fabric or force you to wear a bandaid on the end of your finger for 2

It is a miracle at holding my completely split (for life) nail together. EZ to apply. I"˜ve used this for many years as it's the only product that looks like polish but keeps my mail from catching & further splitting.
This MUST BE APPLIED as one thin coat the first day, wait overnight for it to harden dry. Then apply a 2nd coat the following day. If too much polish is applied at one time it WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY. IF you can be PATIENT, it's A REAL MIRACLE FIX!
The only only product Drs. have suggested is Super Glue but Miracle Nail Fix is MUCH BETTER! It's smooth, looks, and acts like clear Nail Polish.
I've had a split thumb nail (down to the quick) since young due to sucking my thumb, I THINK. It's also full of ridges. I cut out the damaged part and softly smooth the nail for an even surface.
