It's white rice, precooked. Good stuff. I expect I'll order more for times when I don't want poor quality "instant rice" or have to wait.

The best microwavable rice you will ever find and I've tried them all. Incredibly fresh and always tastes like it's authentic rice. Extremely sticky, the way it should be. I can eat 3 of these a day without any additives, they taste good on their own and have no aftertaste. Easily digestible.
Bowl smells bad. Rice is mushy.

After microwaving the bowl, there is a strong plastic/chemical smell. I have to put the rice in another bowl to eat it the smell is so strong.
The rice itself doesn't smell like anything. It tastes like jasmine rice but is very sticky/mushy.
The Annie Chung rice bowls are much better imo.
