Fantastic! I couldn't believe it, but these were actually the best taro I have ever bought and I have bought a lot of Taro! I can't remember what kind these are ( Samoan, Fuji etc.) but they are the white large ones, super large! They had none of that where they turn brown and are kind of like cork, and no mold at all! Absolutely perfect! I'm going to order more right now, since after you peel them and boil them aad mash them you can stick them in jars and freeze them forever and they thaw out perfectly! I use them wherever you would use mashed potatoes.

This is top quality Taro. For some reason I was not expecting the quality to be this GREAT and FRESH. These are also big and huge Taros. They are so fresh as if they were just pulled from the field and shipped. I have not eaten taro this good in a while.
