I bought this but its a tad small. Galati sells a husky version which fit my bill. I had a seamstress remove the sniper pad and sew in a velcro base for my dept logo and other patches as necessary.

Galati exchanged this vest for the husky one. The folks there have top notch customer service.

Better than expected.....quality workmanship.

Excellent tac vest

This vest is actually better than I expected and has features that aren't even shown in the picture. For instance, the right breast pocket has a flap that has velcro on the outside. A strip that holds quite a few shotgun shells is applied to that. If you don't have a shotgun, you can pull that strip off but still have the pocket. There are other features that aren't shown in the picture like two additional rifle magazine pockets on the back. This vest is very comfortable and has adjustments throughout. I will admit that it is kind of difficult to make some of the adjustments, but after you've done that, you're set. The gun pocket can be adjusted a bit depending on your firearm. I have a Sig P226 Elite Dark that can fit there. I use some of the pockets for other items like pepper spray, flashlight, etc. Overall, this is a fantastic vest and knowing what I know now, would have happily paid more than I did.

The vest is really well made and is set up nicely with plenty of pistol mag pouches and rifle mag pouches.The rifle pouches
will accomadate AK mags. Overall a good vest for the money and I would recommend it to other shooters.
