Really amazing, grainy, & rich. No "alcohol" taste to it. Just a softly-rich hint of cognac combined with the great Pommery - Moutarde de Meaux mustard from France. Sounds like overkill, but I've put this on a freakin' Boar's Head turkey sandwich & it just made sense. Went together better than I imagined. I may have started an expensive habit here. Give it a shot if it's not too rich for your blood.

This is a wonderful full flavored mustard that is great for any use. I make sauces with it that everyone loves. The only downfall is that this does have an actual cork lid. So be careful opening it
