Recommended by my pharmacist. Must take it at the very beginning of the onset of a cold. Tablets have a pleasant orange taste and melt in your mouth in seconds. Directions say to take 1 tablet every 3 hours. And don't stop taking them until the cold symptoms are completely gone. Zicam has worked great both for me and my wife. Highly recommended.
