I like deep dish pizza and wanted a steel pan versus an aluminum one. Got this one and it is a very well built pan. Easy to clean. I will be using this often.

I've used this a couple times now for pizza and so far so good. The heat distributes nicely for an evenly cooked crust and it doesn't stick to the pan causing it to tear. I am definitely happy with the purchase and would highly recommend for anyone who likes to make pizza at home.

I make deep-dish pizza about one or two times a year. It's usually when I have a relative that requests it. I wish I bought this pan 15 years ago! It's very very sturdy, lightly non-stick, and of a pretty high gauge metal. Highly recommended!

After my roommate watched a full season of "Chef's Table," and reading two articles of a hipster food blog, he was diluted into thinking that he could make the perfect pizza. He was so sure of himself, in fact, that he challenged me to a cooking contest. Now, my Italian father and I have been making pizza since before I could pronounce the word - so I had my honor to defend - but as I had just moved, I needed a pizza pan in a hurry. So I picked this pan at random.

But let me tell you - this is one beautiful piece of deep dish delight. Its the perfect size for making a pizza for 4 people, and the nonstick is so good, that pizza just slides right off. No more chipping crust off the sides for this girl. Needless to say, I won the contest - making 7 pizzas for a whole host of our friends, and let me tell you, this sucker held up!

I can't say enough good things about this pan. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat - and in fact, I did have to buy it again because my roommate - the one who lost the contest - kept the pan when I moved out. Typical Andy. So I happily ordered a new one.
