My rating is based on value alone. I'm 6'1" 220lbs and this kayak does a great job staying afloat and tracking is actually surprisingly good for it size. Could you get a better kayak? Sure, but you're going to pay for it.
I live in a large calm river and for about an additional $40 I popped in a few rod holders and do a fair amount of fishing off of it. No complaints and would actually order a couple more for guests who prefer to kayak over boating.
