I would strongly suggest anyone considering this item to find a better product.

NON-CONDUCTIVE jumper wires! Be warned, some orders of these jumpers have an insulating "glue" left on them from the manufacturing process and do not work!
I had problems using them with a brand new breadboard and finally used my DMM to check the jumpers themselves. Sure enough, they are 3000-5000 Ohms where a normal wire is less than much less than 1 Ohm. This is not a problem with only one jumper (it is almost ALL of them) but even if it were, I wouldn't want to test every single jumper before using them.
Amazon will not accept returns on this product.
I would strongly suggest anyone considering this item to find a better product.
Great Buy!

These were just what was needed when an Arduino project, that had started out as a simple information display, turned into a fully fledged clock.
This pack of 75 is made up of several different wire lengths, with the most numerous being the medium length 4 inch ones.

These are of the same high quality as the ones supplied with an inventors kit.
Have had no issues at all with these. Would definitely buy again!!
Works for me.

Jumpers fit in my breadboard. They seemed to be crimped well enough inside the plastic. I am careful to only pull on the plastic molded part and not the wire so I've not really tested how well seated they are in that regard but you really should't be yanking on the wires in the first place. The wire is a small gauge so i would avoid mechanical stress to them. The ends appeared to be aluminum or something similar Other reviews have mentioned a smell, mine did not have any weird smell. Maybe I just got lucky or they had a bad batch? The reviews with the smell reference are rather old though.
Ends are NOT soldered onto the wire.

I purchased these breadboard jumpers a little over half a year ago. As I've started heavily using them, I've noticed that a few of them will have intermittent connectivity. If I "jiggle" the wire it'll go in and out. Sure, it could be the breadboard, but after dissecting one of these wires I'm more apt to blame them.

The ends are not soldered in any way to the wire itself. It's a simple crimp (and honestly not crimped very well). I've already pushed a few of the pins OUT of the little black piece by pressing too hard on them. Of the wires I dissected, half the time the crimp missed half of the strands in the wire. Not exactly great quality control. But what can I expect from such a cheap product?

Overall, they work (hence the 3 star rating), but they are not "professionally terminated" as other reviewers mentioned. I do not have 100% confidence in these when I mock something up on my breadboard. Next time I'll look for soldered connections or simply make my own with some heat shrink.
I love how much time and effort this saves for quick and fast prototyping.

When I got these cables there was a notable chemical odor. Some users are exaggerating. I love how much time and effort this saves for quick and fast prototyping. I ordered another two pairs and they did not have the odor. So perhaps it was a certain batch. These wires I can sniff all day and not smell anything.

PROS:
+ Well the wire lengths I believe to well suitable for breadboard and arduino uses.
+The header is a good size for the holes in such applications.
+Header is not delicate.
+Different colored wires to identify the connections easier.
+Wire gauge is good for it's purpose.

Cons:
-The ends are thick. This makes it difficult to use when using adjacent connections.
-Initial odor. Not cool, it stank! lol.
