Calabrian peppers are very hot! They are flavorful and most often used in Middle eastern cooking (Italian & Greek). The jar comes tightly packed with lots of peppers. A little goes a long way and the jar will last a long time.

Antico is now at my house.. YEAH! Wanted this from visiting pizza place here in Atlanta, My mother loved the peppers. Now I can have them delivered to me even when I am not in ATL.

What I liked it was not scorching hot . Just the right amount of heat for any dish or just eating them out of the jar which I did for a few then why was I surprised how good they are . This was one of the ingredients in bon appétit and Linguine with crushed tomatoes and chilies it came out absolutely delicious
