Good for bread, buns, pizza dough, pirogi, etc. Allergy sufferers: it does not list CORN in its ingredients, monostearate instead. Gave it a 4 because the price is a bit too high.

This is the brand I normally buy, but the price on Amazon is less than half of supermarket price. I bake bread all the time, and the expiration date on these is February, 2013. Will buy again. Thanks Amazon for a very good deal.
