In addition to the original I also purchased a 2oz tin of mango/ginger and one of orange/ginger and this review covers all three.
They all have a mild flavor and a peppery after-kick with the orange flavor being the most distinct. Ginger candies are really awesome and I like these and will buy more but the ones I got may have sat a little too long on the shelf. Though they are soft and chewy a couple of them had sort of got all sticky in the wrapper meaning I had to 'pry' them loose. Thats not a deal breaker per se but it leaves me wondering how well they would sit on the shelf ( I only enjoy one or two at a time and not nearly every day so one tin could last several months). Mine are stamped 'Best used by May 2019 so they are still 'fresh'.
I believe I will only buy these in the 2oz tins and if you use them slowly like me you may wish to do the same.

I'd been wanting to try these for a long time. The tin is what originally got my attention; it's such a cool little tin. These ginger chews did not disappoint. So far, I've tried the original ginger chews and the peanut butter ginger chews. Both are wonderful, but the peanut butter chews are ridiculously good. My only complaint is regarding the wrappers. It can be challenging to open them. It slows me down and I know this is likely a good thing. However, in the moment (salivating), I don't have the patience and I can't open them fast enough.

I purchased a variety pack of tins for my nephew who suffers from stomach problems. He misses out on most sweets during the holidays and I thought these ginger chews might be a nice treat. They were well recieved and he said they were delicious.

I ADORE Peanut Butter Ginger Chews! These are amazing for women who have really bad cramps and aching during that time of the month, along with general nausea and hunger pangs. It helps you be less hungry, so these are really good for weight loss. I like to suck on these at the gym. Delicious taste, perfect to help block out the screaming children (gym has a daycare) because of my anxiety I can't deal with too much screaming. Peanut Butter is my absolute favorite. I have bought 2 bags of just peanut butter and one 1lb variety bag because I love all the flavors, but peanut butter is best. Another reviewer described it well: like a peanut sauce with spices, a good Thai sauce flavor. There are little bits of peanuts to add to the authenticity. Amaaaziiing!

Chewie, simple, affordable, and not too hot. On the flip side though, they don't seem to have enough ginger in them for nausea and digestion aiding. They taste more like a candy. I was hoping for a balance between edible and beneficial, and these just don't fit that bill.

I paid $5 for this for the tin alone. Love Chimes ginger chews! 13 candies were packed but maybe you could fit one or two more when you refill. The tin is getting a little scratched up in my purse but otherwise holding up. Occasionally the lid slides on the wrong grooves and wants to fly off, so be careful. This is approximately the size of a BandAid tin and could fit a small deck of cards, possibly a standard size deck. Love the artwork; it looks like something out of Alice in Wonderland.
